National Technical Institute HVAC Training

Update: We received a call in less than 24 hours from one of the supervisors (I wish I knew her name) with an apology and was trying to figure something out to help the situation. Also gave us important information that we didn't know about, which was helpful, Thank you for calling us!

Honestly we had a amazing experience through out the schooling and months later until recently, WE DID NOT give authorization and Kelly charged the card on file for ALL of the remaining balance WITHOUT permission. The payment portal literally says that they will not take money unless authorized. When we called, Kelly answered and was so rude, it was literally a 2 min and 23 sec phone call! She had no care that she took the rest of the money WITHOUT permission and that we were in negative! She basically told us oh well you owed the money since 2022 and it's late that we can go through our bank to dispute it. There was no help or care in the world! I have never had a company/person do this to us and it is heartbreaking when we been working so hard!

NTI is a great educational institution! I graduated in Electrical in only 4 months, really good financing options, and my Instructor, Shawn, is the best! He is very knowledgeable on the trade and is always willing to help you through the process of starting/advancing on your career in the Electrical Trade! I would definitely recommend this Trade School!

I was probably one of the oldest in my class. Being so long since I have been in an educational structure has been almost two decades. My instructor Adam was very knowledgeable and able to take complex ideas and make it comprehendible. I feel confident and ready to start my journey in my hvac career. Thank you Adam and thank you NTI

This is an amazing school! I've gained so much knowledge about HVAC and had a blast while doing so. Adam and Mr. S are AWESOME instructors and create a fun and comfortable learning environment. The amount of money you'll make after this school far outweighs the money you'll spend attending. The scheduling is extremely flexible and can accommodate almost anyone. I am so grateful for the experiences I've had here and will definitely be recommending it to anyone interested in learning a trade. If you're looking to go into a trade, NTI is an excellent place to start.

I'm a student currently at NTI and I have no complaints so far. The learning is accelerated, but is just the right pace. Our instructor Jason gives every chance for you to get a good grade and is fair. Learning is both in class and in labs where you get to experience things not just on a white board but also right in your hands. I am a very hands on learner, so I prefer this style of learning. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone looking for a career path in HVAC-R

It's a fast and easy path to success, giving plenty of much needed time for study and helpful instructors always ready to assist students. I am confident this class has prepared me for the rest of my life.

While we may had small hiccups along the way, I've enjoyed my time and learned a lot during my time in the HVAC program. I can say I honestly feel pretty confident in my abilities. I still have a lot to learn on the field, but I'm excited for every step of the way 🙌

This was an awesome school. My instructor was Adam. He was very helpful and was a great teacher. He even let me know about a job opportunity at Lennox NAS that has changed my life for the better. I appreciate you sir thank you for being patient and being such an awesome instructor !

Had a great experience overall at this school in the HVAC program, you have to be determined and involved in your classes., challenging and full of great material. Thumbs up to instructors and Program Director as well as Staff highly recommend if you're serious about a Technical Career!

Best school in Nevada for HVAC! Affordable and dependable. I referred a friend to attend and he graduates soon too! Mr. Staley is the greatest teacher ever I learned so much!
