Replaced our faulty HVAC/furnace with a better unit. No more static electricity! Also had them install a new heater/air conditioner in our garage so my husband can work on his classic car year-round in comfort. Practically no increase in the electric bill!!

I have used Beach and Sons exclusively after having very poor service with other companies. They are truly the best….quality work, honest with estimates and fair pricing. Always pleasant to work with and always on time.

Beach and Son's was recommended by two other Heating and Air-conditioning Companies.
I called and spoke with Megan, she informed me all the Service Techs had a full schedule.
I explained what happened at my mother's house and my Mother's age. After a brief hold Megan returned, asking for the address and said she can have a tech at the house with in a half hour. Zach the service technician showed up and was very professional and friendly. He told us everything step by step.
James, another service tech, helped with removing the old unit and installing the new unit.
James was also exceptionally professional and friendly.
I recommend Beach and Son's to anyone in need of service or installation for your Heating and air-conditioning needs.

So the tech that came to me house (Tyler) was awesome the kid stood in a down pour. But when it went to the office it became very frustrating.. I kept getting told 2 different stories… and drug on for almost a month then when I get a little frustrated because I was told for 2 weeks my claim was put in and it wasn’t and then I got 2 different stories from a lady named Karen and Mel.. just for them to tell me they do not deal with oil systems, but not even call me but call my insurance.. so now my home warranty has to find another company.. I won’t recommend them to anyone.. I loved their tech but the office made me never want to use them again..

My water heater failed and Beach and Sons came out and replaced it that same day. Very professional. Fair price. They have my loyalty forever.

Beach and Sons are THE BEST! Monty was my first contact for heater servicing. He was prompt and
professional. Next few calls were to service gas fireplace. Zach was terrific. Courteous, informative
and professional. The BEST part of this was a new air conditioning system installation. Received other
bids for this project and BEACH AND SONS were the BEST value for equipment and install and their
Technicians. Zach, Eric and James arrived and ready to go. Super professional, clean, courteous and
knowledgeable. The office staff was also professional and responsive. Will only use and highly recommend BEACH AND SONS!

Unfortunately have to give a 1 star. Beach & Sons came to my house via my home warranty company when my boiler (heater) was making noise. The rep "red tagged" my boiler which meant I couldn't use it didn't have any heat. After dealing with my insurance company to get as much money towards replacement as possible, I requested a follow up visit from Beach & Sons. Another rep came out to inspect so he could provide a quote for replacement. I followed up three times and was finally assured I'd get a quote the next day. Still nothing a week later. If you're going to red tag someone's boiler you should at least respond to them for repair.

Their driver sped out of a parking lot on Keystone, then clearly ran a red light. This says a lot about the integrity of this company. Based on that, I would not recommend doing business with this company!

Luckily this is who my home warranty went with! They were able to schedule me on the same day, Chris came out and found the problem quick, and went above and beyond to ensure my a/c was working properly.

I don't have enough words of praise!! This business and the people who operate it are of the highest quality! Knowledgeable, kind and caring. I appreciate them with all my heart!
