Fantastic service! I had a question about equipment and I was surprised when they consulted me on an even better option than what I had in mind! Well done Northern Tool!

This store never seems to have items in stock that they list online. Always call before making the trip because it’s generally a waste of your time.

Claimed they had 2 items in inventory & couldn't find items. Very disappointed.

Always good tools but the service seems to be slipping. Asked for help multiple times and half the time the employees didn't know about or where the item was.

Website is very easy to use . Very helpful and able to answer any questions that I had.
