Not bad usually has the things I am looking for just wish they had a wider selection of accessories.

Friendly staff. Helps carry out and load heavy items. Very thankful for that.

Gary Moore at Northern tool in Omaha Nebraska (pacific street) was a tremendous help with buying a generator that I needed for home. He answered every question I had that I couldn’t find on the internet. He was very trustworthy and passionate about his at job at Northern tool. We need more people like Gary helping this younger generation become smarter about the things we have no knowledge about. Thanks Northern Tool and equipment and Gary. First time customer. I’ll be back.

Whoopie! A manly toy store. Was looking for a hook to attach to a chain for quick dragging stuff but couldn't get it anywhere near where I live. Was in the area on vacation and stopped by and there it was. And cheaper than I had expected to pay. And cheaper don't mean cheap. It was low cost but well made. Have already used it and abused it to the point I thought it should have failed with no issues. Good stuff.

Looked for a fire pit ring and found one online at Northern Tools that looks really well made. Ordering and checkout was a breeze and I’m saving on shipping by having it sent to the store!

Lots of tools and accessories. Staff is friendly, but not knowledgeable about their products. Need people with more hands on experience with tools and equipment.

Items purchased were described well, prices have been very competitive, items have been of very good quality.

Pretty horrible, the manager refused me services after trying to return a generator with dull warranty and within the 90 days. That means it wouldn't cost the store or me any money, but the manager didn't want anybody from up north to take the merchandise. I work at Ames Construction and me and a few other guys are down there for work. I'm not complaining about the store, but the manager could use some replacement!!

All the employees that I’ve had contact with have always been friendly and more than willing to help. I wish more stores had employees like Northern tool!
