Best off brand items around. Purchased 2 Powerhorse generators about 2 years ago and they have not given me an issue of trouble at all.
Sales staff was able to answer all my questions and got me in and out in no-time.

ordered a tax exempt form waited a week never got the courtesy of a form being e mailed got tired of waiting took the hit for $147.00 in taxes the courtesy of a reply would have been nice.did I mention I waited on hold several times for naught? this is what happens when a co. gets too big! J.J.K.

This is a great place. They are very friendly. Their tools are really great quality, and at a very decent price. The selection of tools is huge. I bought a set of 1/2 in drive impact sockets. They're great. The case is very good too! Yahushua bless you all!

Great store, helpful staff and had what I was looking for in stock.

Seldom has inventory for items I require/need, specifically tool boxes for service trucks. Smaller items generally in stock, but for most items required for business, must order from catalog and pay high shipping rates.

Always check with store before buying online. Bought an item on line and stated in stock. Once purchased, it changed to shipping to store. Have been waiting 21 days for item. Have called multiple times and hear its due to covid and irregular truck deliveries. They offered to sell a higher price item but would have to cover the difference. Not sure I will purchase from this place again.

Was having trouble finding a chain for my pole saw. They let me bring my bar for my for the pole saw in and try the chain to make sure that it fit. Great people there. Keep up the good work

A step up from Harbor Freight in quality (maybe not their Ironton brand), but usually decent. The Klutch brand drill press I have has a little wobble, so isn't brand name quality, but is decent. Probably best for the money as a Delta wouldn't be in my price range, so not complaints.

But just finally got an order that I had shipped to store that I placed about a month ago. Was a week past the latest delivery date listed on the order. Just don't plan on expecting on time if you order online and ship to store - they're in no hurry getting it to you.
