I highly recommend Ed and his crew. I am a realtor and this summer assisted a buyer as we were told from the sellers agent that the AC may need to be replaced. Ed came by with a second opinion and diagnosed the issue and came with an alternate fix instead of replacing with a new system. He met us and made us a priority which we were under timeline to make decision without hesitation. I know the prior evening in the heat was working well past 11pm.
Bottom line is he saved the new buyer a new complete system saving him a good load of money.

We were very impressed at how fast the Henson crew responded to our emergency. It's not fun having to replace your air conditioner and furnace, but they made it as painless as possible. Every crew member was professional and made sure to protect our carpeting, walls and doors in our newly remodeled basement.

We called Eddie on a Sunday on two different occasions, once for our AC and another time for the furnace. He was very responsive and thoroughly checked both systems. He was great at explaining what was wrong and what could have caused it. He gave us a fair price and was able to fix the problems in an expedient manner. Eddie also ensured everything tested out okay after installation, and even checked on our AC unit he had previously installed to ensure it was functioning properly. We had a small issue in our home and received amazing service from Eddie. He was very professional and let us know everything he was doing as he was fixing our issue. We called Jesse on Monday night bc our air conditioner was not working and we wanted to install a new furnace and ac. They were able to get us on the schedule for Wednesday. Very reasonable pricing and great work. Would 100% recommend them to anyone.

We selected Henson for a complete HVAC replacement. The job has never been finished. It has been over 5 months. We have received no communication from them. Our system has not functioned properly since the installation. Also thanks to the removal of the concrete slabs that our old units sat on, our basement flooded and filled with mold. Yes we had a leak specialist come to confirm that. We paid 24,000 dollars to have our home destroyed and we are no better off than we were with the old units that broke monthly. Avoid at all costs!!

Every year my AC leaks water. I usually call someone out and they clean out a drain and it stops leaking till the next year. I called Henson Heating and Cooling and a technician out the same day . The technician informed me the water leak was coming from a cracked drain pan and had been leaking into the inside of my furnace for years. I had them replace the drain pan and got an estimate for a new furnace. I highly recommend Henson Heating and Cooling. I feel they do a thorough job and take the time to educate you about your AC and furnace. When I replace my furnace and will be calling them again.

The final result of new duct work has significantly increased air flow and circulation. The actual work completed by Henson and his team corresponds with the positive google reviews. We are pleased with the final product.

We were disappointed with certain aspects of the process. After giving us the estimate, they rescheduled measuring our duct work twice and told us that they just ordered materials without measuring.

The day they were scheduled to work, they were an absolute no show and did not call to reschedule until four days later. We gave them the benefit of the doubt because we understand the constraints of a small shop.

The second day they were scheduled to work, they called to reschedule the day to complete the duct work, again. They left remnants of the project behind and their very green workers drilled random holes into my wood floor.

Like I said we understand the constraints of running a small shop, however, the lack of communication, punctuality, and professionalism was disappointing.

We appreciate the final product.

Professional, friendly, and a fair price. I have dealt with several heating and air companies over the years here in Omaha and Henson was by far the best experience. The technician explained to me what my a/c failure was, replaced a part, and an hour later it was up an running.

So I have to say we first used them with the flood of March 2019. We had 5’ 11” of water in our basement. Eddie was out checking things out when we still had inches of water in the basement getting us bids and quotes on the different choices we had. Not only did they take care of me but then help several of my next door neighbors in the circle I live at Hawaiian Village. Eddie and the team were incredible to work with. So I referred them to my daughter about 2 weeks ago. My daughter reached out to him in the evening and Eddie was out there that night, taking care of them. My daughter joked saying this guy is a machine. They ended up replacing the Heating system and coming back to do the A/C. I would recommend Eddie and Henson Heating and Cooling to anyone need HVAC work done.
