John Henry's Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

Replaced air conditioner and furnace and installed air purifier which I will take with me when I move. Everyone was super professional and very pleasant to be around. Thank you all for your hard work!!

We have a pipe that breaks every year and we've had several different plumbing companies come out to fix it. TJ from John Henry's came out this time and he did several things to fix it that no one had suggested before. I have a better feeling about it than I have in the past when it was just welded back together. Fingers crossed!

Brandon came over yesterday, 01/30/23, to provide regular check up of our furnace - what a kind, professional, informative man he is! He got the job done and did an awesome job at that!! It was a pleasant experience! A BIG thank you to Brandon!!

If you use John Henry's and they tell you they will do something, get it in writing upfront! Don't expect a response from management unless you've made many and numerous phone calls to them. I had a new sewer line installed.

Every thing was done as expected except he left a mess and did not clean up
I called the company and had the plumber come back out to clean his mess the next day
I should not of had to call to have this done correctly
When the manager called she said I am glad he was able to take care of this and clean up

I loved the service given. Josh was very kind, knowledgeable and finished the job in perfect time! Definitely will use for future repairs!!!

Our Furnace wasn't working this morning, turned out was because of something I did that caused the water drain to back up, the tech was extremely polite and helpful and we were glad to have basically just a diagnostic fee for the visit. John Henry's is a fantastic company and they always fix whatever the problem is quickly and without fuss, highly recommend!

Kyle was on time, professional and efficient. You pay for quality and customer service, and if they do it right you get value. These folks do it right.

Having used John Henry in the past, we called them to swap out our garbage disposal. The price quoted was $400 more than than any of the other estimates we got. We opted to use another company and had the job done within 20 minutes.

Definitely call around to make sure you’re not grossly overpaying.
