Had pipe burst & Trevor found -> diagnosed -> fixed problem right away! He also gave me some helpful tips for cleanup of some standing water I had. Very appreciative of his work/help

TJ, the professional plumber, was courteous, informative, efficient, and super. He did a water heater maintenance check up for me. He explained the steps to me and was very careful to make sure everything was done correctly.

The main drain line was clogged and water backed up in sinks and clothes washer drain overflowed. John Henry was at the house within a couple of hours and took care of the problem for us. Great service from John Henry as usual.

I had a maintenence check on my air conditioning. I received wonderful service. The young man was polite and went the extra mile. He told me what he was doing and offered assistance as well as new items available as an upgrade.

The guy was on time, said it would take about an hour and a half and it did, he cleaned up after he was finished and even moved my freezer back, explained everything to me, definitely will call back with any other plumbing issues
