Heater repair super quick fix on a cold night! Great repairman Brandon! Loved that the company sent a text with the picture and name of the repairman! Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and outgoing and great guy to talk to while being respectful or time and our house! (Used plastic covers on boots to walk into the house)

John Henry has a monthly service for “VIP” clients. They got us in SAME DAY on a spring day when our A/C wasn’t working, diagnosed & fixed the problem by 5:30 pm. As always, very kind & gracious

My downstairs toilet was backed up and flooded my whole bathroom floor. Called them and got an appt the same day! They were able to pinpoint the problem, got my drain unclogged and told me what further action I need to take to ensure the problem doesn't occur anymore. Will use them again for their professionalism.

Had John Henry’s come out and give me an estimate on a new heat pump and condenser. John Becker came over about a week later with Wess to help me make a good decision on what was best for my house and family needs. I signed the papers and 5 days later they showed up on time ready to get to work . Justin R and his helper Sterling M came in introduced themselves to me . I told them there was a cat that I couldn’t find in the house it might come out it did they petted her picked her up put her in a bedroom so she wouldn’t run out of the house .All 4 people were great they explained everything to me .I stopped in and looked around several times asked them questions throughout the day very very professional .Wess stopped by later in the afternoon again to check and see how things were going and see the progress. .The office people called the next day to see if I had any questions about the new system. I will definitely use John Henry’s again for future projects.

Kyle was exemplary. He explained the causes and solutions for my plumbing issue. Very polite and professional. And, if you don’t have a water-pressure reducing valve in your home in Lincoln, think seriously about having one installed.
