John Henry's Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

John Henry’s replaced my water heater the same day after I called to tell them it was leaking. When the technician came out I asked about a soft water machine. He answered all my questions and after I decided that it was time to install one they had both appliances in my the end of the day. They were careful, polite, efficient, and cleaned up beautifully. Prices are fair.
I have called on John Henry’s before and will do it again!

We called John Henry's out when we had a sewer back up a couple months ago. Not only did they charge us $800 but the issue came right back 2 days later and they have NO warranties on fixing drains. I called a smaller local company out and they diagnosed the issue correctly and it's now actually fixed, for half the price. They could not believe John Henry's did not have a drain warranty at all. Being out $800 and still having a broken drain was very disappointing. We've had other things plumbing related pop up and all our service has gone to the local company now.
*in response to your reply: I did call and speak to two of your managers. Our basement drain pipe was broken, that was the undiagnosed issue that the other company found. They fixed that and we’ve had zero issues since. Not having any warranty on your drain work is very disappointing and not a way to do business.

The technician that you sent out was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, friendly polite, and I had told him that John Henry’s will now also be my heating and air place to call since this time I just called them for plumbing.

John Henry's did a wonderful job repairing the drain pipe from my tub/shower that was leaking. The technician I had was Zane S, and apprentice Noah. Both of these gentlemen were extremely professional, hardworking and kind, I will not hesitate to use John Henry's again, and absolutely will be requesting Zane, and Noah again if I have any troubles.

Trevor has a very knowledgeable and professional approach to his work and clients. He put my mind at ease and explained everything thoroughly. An employee you should be proud of.

The work was done in a timely manner however they charged $620+ to run a water line. A job that took less than an hour which is atrocious. Unless you have money to burn I would definitely recommend finding somewhere else.

My gas valve on my furnace failed open, I’m on propane and it dumped my whole propane tank into the house. Came home with my family to find this. Called John Henry’s around 430 and by 530-545 they were out here. We live about 30 minutes from Lincoln. They had a spare valve on their van. The two guys that came out were awesome. I really appreciate the fast and great service.

Ian with John Henry’s came out to our house same day, performed the estimate and replacement all within 2 hours. Ian was extremely knowledgeable, professional and made the entire experience very easy. I would highly recommend using John Henry’s in the future!

Our heating system just didn’t seem to be able to keep up in certain rooms. I called John Henry right at the end of business on Tuesday and they had a technician here Thursday. It wasn’t that cold out so we were just fine waiting for a tech to come to our home. I thought the turnaround time from when I called to when the technician could come was extremely fast. The technician was very polite, offering to put on shoe covers to which I said we have 3 dogs, there’s no need for that this house is lived in. He checked everything in every room and provided advice on having the ducts serviced. The cost was very reasonable. We are pleased with the professionalism and quality of work our service technician Zach K. provided. We will definitely be repeat customers in the future for all of our heating, plumbing, and ac needs!

Informative, honest, and did not over sell/upsale. Got 40 yrs of a grease clog removed. Thanks Sean for a great job and solving the issue before my company arrived!!
