Everything handled in a professional manner, from scheduling appointment, texting me when Jad was on his way, up front price quote which was very reasonable, to fixing the plumbing problem quickly and effectively. Jad was pleasant and friendly and explained everything very clearly. I was impressed, and I will definitely use John Henry again when I need a plumber.

The flexible vent connection from our clothes dryer in our main floor hallway to our basement and then continuing to the exterior split apart in the rafter area and we couldn’t fix it ourselves. John Henry’s came out the same day we called and repaired the problem promptly. They also checked our vents and determined the vent needed cleaning. This work was completed on the same visit

I had new furnace and central air installed. Justin and Tony did an awesome job. Very polite and professional. They did a great job keeping things clean. They asked me for my input on on routing the new exhaust and intake line going to outside of house. It was all a great experience with these 2 guys.
