John Henry's Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

Chas and Damian from John Henry helps us replace our old hvac system. We are very satisfied with their service. Chas and Damian install the new system beautifully and very professional. They also explain all details about the new system and answer any question we have. The whole area is very clean after installation. We are also very pleased to have Jon Becker as our consultant; he’s very kind and gives us the excellent customer service we need.

Though I had been told to expect service in the afternoon, I was pleasantly surprised when in the morning Reggie arrived. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive and thorough. I am very please with the new sink and toilet!

My AC unit went out and John Henry was able to come out next day to give me a quote on a new unit and then right away the following morning to install it. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and took the time to explain everything. The install of a new AC and furnace was done quickly and with little to no disruption to my day. I will gladly continue using John Henry for all my future HVAC needs.

Very pleased with the service I received from Parker at John Henry’s today. Quick turnaround from scheduling to service, excellent communication from the company, and the technician Parker was honest, friendly, and professional. Was happy to sign up for the membership to keep our furnace and ac serviced yearly. Happy customer all around.

We had a new A/C unit installed. Justin R and Sterling were on time, courteous, polite, efficient, and tidy. They communicated with each other well; coordinating the inside and outside work to minimize time and mess. All of the work was completed and explained to us within the allotted time. Thanks for a great job!

Our A/C went out last Sunday. I called on Monday and Weston was out bright and early Tuesday morning to check out the system. We had a refrigerant leak in the condenser coil and we decided to replace the furnace and the A/C. Don came by Tuesday night to show us a few options. We made our choice and Chas and Damian showed up on Friday and replaced the furnace and A/C and got us back up and running. I couldn’t say enough good things about every step of the process with John Henry! 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone! Thank you John Henry!

Sean came out on Father’s Day to help diagnose a AC issue. He showed up timely and was extremely professional and able to answer any questions I had. He definitely made a frustrating situation much easier to deal with. The issue was solved timely and the unit was up and running again in no time.

Tyler was vet professional and kind. He was able to give me options & prices up front. He went right to work & gave me suggestions on how to avoid this problem in the future. It only took him about an hour after getting started. I truly appreciated the job he did. He was very polite and asked if he could look downstairs before going down there. I felt confident & secure with having him in my home. Thank you Tyler.

Fantastic service. Watet heater went out and Ty was here in a few hours and replaced it. Was very personable and efficient. Will definitely use again.
Edit: Three months later and we had them install new HVAC System. Again they were prompt, clean and professional.
