I had same day service. Ian B. was very polite & explained everything to me. The installation was done in a timely manner. I have used John Henry's before & will continue to do so!

Very responsive and reasonable prices. Ian (tech) was very knowledgeable and nice. Felt very comfortable with the whole process. Arrived within 20 minutes after i called for help replacing a water heater. Seamless!

We couldn’t use our washer for awhile due to some drain issues that we couldn’t figure out. There were some leaks too that Nate found and fixed them. Nate did a great job! He was friendly and professional! He was knowledgeable and talked us through the process. We’re very thankful and appreciative of his work!

Reese & Ian came to my home bright and early at 7:30, on time in great moods! They were both professionals on the job, explaining what they were working on with my new heater and air conditioning.
