Ian B and TJ installed a water softener. Very polite, very knowledgeable, very efficient, left the job site clean and neat, answered all my dumb questions patiently. Would definitely call on these guys again! How John Henry uses technology is impressive!

Awesome experience! Both Technicians were super polite and kind and great explaining what they were doing. My only drawback was I felt like the price was a little bit high.

Very happy with their quick response and service, quality of work, in the replacement of my softener, service valve and floor drain. I am going to spread the good word to everyone I know.

My family has used John Henry's for plumbing services for a number of years. Recently, we woke up on Monday morning to no hot water. A phone call was immediately made to John Henry's, and we had an appointment in place for later that afternoon. Eric G arrived, and very professionally and thoroughly explained what our options were. Unfortunately for us, all of those option included replacing our now-dead hot water heater. Fortunately for us, Eric G is amazing and quickly had his peers on-site and working on the replacement. While this wasn't a service we necessarily wanted, can't thank the team at John Henry's and Eric G specifically enough for their high level of service. Very highly recommend. And congrats to Eric again on that royal flush!!

I called in and were able to diagnose my issues correctly within the first half hour. They were timely, courteous and skilled. I will call on John Henry’s again the next time I have any plumbing issues.

At first when I called John Henry’s I thought it was going to be expensive but then it turned out to be not that bad and Trevor did an amazing job replacing my shower. He told me that it would take about 3 hours and it was really close to thst
