Kiley and his expertise has saved me hundreds of dollars over the years. Top notch in customer service and knows his stuff. He also educates the public on what to do and what not to do with your furnace and ac. If there was a place for 10 stars, he would get that rating from me and all those I've recommended him every chance I get.

Recently needed to replace a 24 yr old 92% efficient single stage furnace, with a 96% efficient , Comfortmaker , 2 stage , variable fan furnace and also wanted to replace a 17 yr old heat pump , 12 seer , with a 20 seer , Bosch heat pump with inverter, also had our ducts cleaned , and had a Halo, LED whole house air purification also installed. Kiley listen to our needs and our budget, and looked at our old HVAC, and gave us a fair bid. After several other bids later, we decided to go with Command heating and air conditioning. We got a great price , very efficient Bosch heat pump and Comfortmaker furnace. Plus we had our ducts cleaned , added Halo,LED air purification, and Bosch thermostat (Wi-Fi connection) Once his guys came out, they listen too my concerns, made some small adjustments to our existing gas line and electrical shut-off to HVAC system (added GFI outlet and secured existing gas line to our brick flue) which was not on the bid. They were polite and proficient and were able to finish removing old heat pump and old furnace and installing Bosch heat pump and Comfortmaker furnace in one day. The ducts were cleaned and sanitized a day before HVAC system was installed. But was very satisfied with the quality of work and service and most importantly the great value of the total package of our new HVAC system. I would strongly suggest to family and friends to using Command heating and air conditioning, for new installation or servicing existing HVAC system. I have used Command services before to service our older HVAC system and Kiley has always picked up and able to fix what ever issues we have had at a fair price.

Get it done right the first time with these guys. Customer service is fantastic and they know their stuff. 11/10 recommend!

These guys are very responsive and professional. When Kiley was here, he was sure to explain what it was that he was doing in a way that I could understand. He was thorough and honest, wasn't trying to just "make a sell". Larry is also super great! Just like Kiley, very thorough and explained just what he was doing and what the next steps would be! I would definitely recommend Command!

We had been having trouble with our heat pump and furnace since December. After some failed attempts by others, I called Command and they came out that day. They actually took the time to work through multiple theories about what was going on and narrowed it down. They got us up and running in the meantime, got a part order, and were back out a few days later. I appreciate the insights they provided me, the timeliness of their response, and the over communication on progress and next steps. I'll be working with them on any future HVAC needs we have for sure.

Command will definitely take care of you! They installed our new AC system a couple of years ago and recently fixed a problem late on a hot Sunday afternoon.

I inquired about having a whole home humidifier added to our system the beginning of December. Kiley responded with a price and scheduled install within the next couple days. Even in his busy season he was able to get me in.

We’ve used him for many years and he will continue to be our go to for all our HVAC needs. I’ve referred him several times! You can’t go wrong!

Kiley and Larry are amazing! Very good communication, very prompt, very fast service, and they 💯 know their stuff. I’m so happy to have an updated AC unit in my home. We have used Command previously and truly feel that Kiley is the cream of the crop. He is knowledgeable, efficient and genuinely cares about his customers. If you have an emergency at any time, Kiley is there. I can't say enough about how happy we are that he was recommended to us.

Kiley was quick to respond and diagnose my problem. Lincoln's second largest 24-hour snowstorm hit and shut the city down. Kiley was in daily communication to determine when my street was opened so they could get in and install a new furnace. Once the street was cleared they were back in and did the install quickly. Great communication on their end. So far so good and I would use them again without any question.
