My husband called and made a service appointment on a Monday. First available time was for Thursday, which was fine as the service needed was not urgent. We got a call the next day (Tuesday) morning and they had gotten a cancellation and were able to come in 30 minutes! Our technician was Joe R. He was able to identify our two problems with our master bathroom shower and toilet quickly. Took about an hour and even noticed another problem we had no idea about. Fixed that problem and he was done. He was very friendly and kind. He explained everything he did and even asked if I wanted him to wear a mask! Very professional and will use him and Eyman

Rob McWilliams came out on 3/29/22 to install a new shower. Rob did an excellent job removing the old tub and installing the new tub without any issues. Rob took the extra time to make sure he was very careful and meticulous in the installation. Everything works great and the new shower fit perfect in place of the old one. Thank you Rob!

Setup appointment in the morning. First guy came out before noon for an estimate, another guy came out late afternoon to perform a partial drain cleaning (snaking). He said I didn't want to pay overtime rates. He said someone would call me on Monday to setup an appointment for hydrojetting. Left a lot of standing water on the basement floor and said it was fine, even when it was up against the walls. I was surprised they were willing to leave the mess so I cleaned it all up since I did not want any more water damage.

Monday and Tuesday came around and no one called to schedule that appointment. I'm assuming the tech did not pass on that information. So basically I payed weekend rates for a partial drain cleaning. Ended up going with another company to hydrojet the rest of the pipes and payed significantly less for the whole system to be cleaned. Should have gone with them the first time.

3/17/22 Eyman tech Jim T came to install a new garbage disposal and find the leak under our kitchen sink. The pipes under the sink were in bad shape and he replaced all the pipes and located the leak that two other plumbing companies had not been able to find. Last night after running the disposal we had a pipe come undone under the sink. The disposal has a vibration. It was after hours and I called the emergency line for Eyman. I explained the situation and she took notes and said she had to talk with the supervisor. We were having very bad weather in our area. I called them back and said do not send anyone out. I did not want any one in danger from the storm. Jim called me this morning about 7 am and he was shortly here. He was so professional and had it fixed. He shortened the pipe hoping that would help cut back on vibration. He also took time to look at a disposal that is know for low vibration. He priced it out with them getting it and also using buying it along with installation. He stated he hated mentioning a new disposal since we just bought a new one. He did not pressure us and said try it with the adjustment he made and see if that helps. Jim is so knowledgeable and no questiones I asked was too smal for him to answer. I also talked with Jim about a new hot water heater as ours is 10 years old and probably won't last that much longer. He did not charge a thing for the second visit.. You better believe we will call Eyman and have Jim install a new hot water heater when the time comes. We are life time Eyman customers and a real fan of Jim.

I have been disappointed in the recent past with plumbing services. So it was such a great relief to have Eyman come out. The technician explained the issues, showed me the before and after, and was very friendly and on time. They also didn't overcharge or oversell me. I would recommend them to anyone. They will forever be my go to for plumbing services.
