Our A/C stopped working in early May and Emily did a great job getting someone to our house the next day. Long story short...9 visits later over the course of 1 1/2 months and 4 vacation days taken off, they finally figured out how to make our house cool. While we understand there were a series of things going on, we were told we needed to replace our furnace which cost us thousands of dollars and our whole A/C system was not properly evaluated before that large investment of replacement. Shane is a fantastic tech but as a whole, our experience was terrible and only got worse over the course of 2 months. We would never recommend Controlled Comfort to anyone. We spoke to the owner 2 times and he never showed empathy, nor apologized to us as clients regarding the inconvenience this brought to us. He did tell me that he understands what negative reviews do and how they adversely effect businesses...he should learn from this.

Jason the tech said his boss won't let him come out to diagnose the issue with my ac because it's a weekend, even though they want $150 to come out which I have no problem paying but they said they won't come out unless they are fixing something. Isn't that the reason why I called this company? Then he sat on the phone and told me i couldn't get his bosses number so I can talk to him. Great way to show someone how this company runs.
