Jimmy was extremely helpful. His timely service helped get the AC working again quickly. He then called me, answered all my questions, and provided ideas to prevent further issues. I will definitely use CC again for routine maintenance. I appreciate the work!

I needed a replacement for my ac unit and my furnace. I was told it would be an all day job and it was done in about 4 hours! The two guys who came to work on it were in fantastic moods for it being 7am! Thank you so much for being here early and getting the job done so quick! Very very impressed. Thanks to Chuck, Brody and Justin for an excellent job of installing a new A/C and air handler. This configuration required the air handler to go into the attic .. so not an easy job in 90 degree heat. It’s an older home and they also had to deal with some unique and complex wiring of the thermostat connected to a boiler system. But everything went in without incident. The entire experience was positive. Great job .. everything is working great!!

Controlled Comfort has been our heating and air service provider for years and has never let us down. They always provide a high level of timely service and their technicians, Daniel in particular, provide a lot of feedback and info as needed on what was done as well as helpful hints to help us use the system better and more efficiently.
