Great service!! I called on a Saturday morning about the AC not cooling. Jim was here within a few hours. He called to let us know he was on his way and fixed the issue in no time. Jim was Great and knew what he was doing. I would recommend Controlled Comfort.

They have a very quick response time and are always very friendly and very hard working!

Michael was extremely gracious and helpful, and walked me through the process in restoring the heat. I cannot thank Michael enough for saving us from another frigid night.

Called CC on a Thurs afternoon and had a tech here by 8 am on Friday! Josh was here on time and did an excellent job of explaining everything about the Geothermal furnaces in our newly purchased home. He was very professional and courteous and answered all our questions in a way that we could inderstand how the system works. He fixed our issue in a very timely manner and gave us tips on how to prolong the life of our equipment. Highly recommend this company.
