Jimmy the technician who repaired my AC did a great job. He was very thorough and made sure not only the AC was working but also my heating unit was working before he left.

The guys at Controlled Comfort have always been on time when I call them to my house. They've all been great workers and they do quality work. I've already told my friends and family about their service.

I have followed these guys on many commercial calls, in short they can't wire anything properly, they can't follow a blue print, they can't seem to be able to get most of the equipment they install to run more than a year, so if you want a cheap job done cheap by unqualified people this is your place. Be prepared to have someone else come and take care of their mistakes. I'm in a position right now that I could have 2 major restaurants shut down because of the work they did that doesn't meet fire code, but instead I'll just fix what should have been done during the original install. Oh, and just so everyone is clear on this the owner of Controlled Comfort is an electrician not a HVAC technician.

Ken arrived at the designated time and performed the annual maintenance. He was in and out quickly and left us reassured our equipment is functioning at peak efficiency.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The tech had to come out at 11:45pm, was extremely friendly, and did a great job. Pricing is very reasonable, even after-hours.

After several calls to different HVAC companies and to be told they can't come out til next Friday, to having you call me back within minutes and to be able to come out and fix the Air Conditioner within 30 minutes.

Kelly was able to hook me up with Dave and he was spot on with the Air Conditioner. He was friendly and very accommodating.
I take care of a home bound patient and his health condition would not have allowed him to stay in his home with the temperatures that hot.

We moved into a hearthstone home and it did not have a humidifier... We would constantly cough and have 10 humidifiers in the house going at the same time in Fall-Winter-Spring-ish season. NOW, we got a whole house humidifier installed and it is working perfectly!
