They came in and replace the heating and A/C units. They followed up to ensure the system is balanced. Very professional, very helpful. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. I had a problem with my AC unit, so I called Apex and they were fantastic. Duane came out and did a check of all my equipment. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service. There were no pushy sales techniques, he simply educated me and let me know what needed to be done. Very professional. Hands down the best customer service I've ever received. A/C couldn't keep up with this heat wave starting on Friday evening. I left them a voicemail over the weekend hoping to get an appointment on Monday morning. They called me at 8:00am and had someone there by 10:00am. The unit was shot, so I'm getting a new one, but the install isn't until Saturday. So, these guys came back to my house at 8:00PM Monday night to at least get me some cooling for the week because it's so hot.

These guys go above and beyond and have been awesome to work with. Highly recommend then for all your HVAC needs.
