Brian came out to our home and tried to install our thermostat but unfortunately our system was not compatible with it. Brian extensively explained how it all works and explained what we could get instead to upgrade our old thermostat. He was so smart! We were very impressed by his knowledge, being on time, and being very friendly. He deserves a raise.

Oh, my goodness!! My faith in humanity has been restored. After the upselling swindler from Aksarben HVAC (Omaha) tried to squeeze us for a brand new system, we decided to look to Blair - smaller companies with a CUSTOMER business model. We found Getzschman, who sent someone within a couple of hours and saved us bundles on things we didn't need - only repaired what we needed repaired, and also FIXED the damage the Aksarben swindler did, by leaving wires out.
