My boiler quit working this spring and we were very worried about our pipes freezing... We made one call to Comfort Systems at 10pm and before 11pm we had one of their experienced techs at our house to fix the problem. It turns out they had to order a part, so before they left, they set up 4 portable heaters to get us through the night. The next day it was fixed. Can't say enough good things about their people, knowledge, and service. Thank you!

This company is great! The staff is friendly and helpful! I had questions about a kitchen ventilation system and didn't feel rushed or talked down to with my inexperience. I received a fair price quote from Mr. Stites and wasn't pressured to purchase that day! I would recommend this company to anyone!

We lost heat during the Big Freeze (house interior dropped to 38 degrees!) . Since it was late at night, I called their on-call and got Kevin. I know I woke him up because I heard the sleep in his voice, but he came out with the best attitude, worked hard and fast to find and fix the problem, and couldn't have been more pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Comfort Systems!

Had an encounter with the horrible driving of a Comfort Systems employee that almost ran me off the road. Their truck passed me as the lane was merging back into one lane, I had to go into the narrow shoulder to avoid a collision or ending up in the ditch. I was driving the speed limit at the time and this truck passed me doing at least 10 over the speed limit in unsafe driving conditions. This same truck later cut me off with no turn signal later down the road. I called and left a message with Comfort Systems and they never even bothered to get back to me. Do you want to trust the safety of your home to people who can't even be trusted to operate vehicles?
