Absolutely awesome!!! I had a mess ... needed bath tub completely hooked up, laundry room installed, kitchen sink connected, bathroom sink re-plumbed, and hot water heater fixed. I had three plumbing companies come out and provide quotes ... Justin from Williams Plumbing was the only one who truly listened, did not try to up-sell and thoroughly explained what was needed to properly do this job. After this meeting I was completely confident in Justin's knowledge. Booked the job, Justin did a walk through with his crew to explain exactly what was to be done ... Derek and Mike were clearly experienced professional plumbers and were polite and friendly as well. They worked almost 2 days and we could not be more pleased with the quality, speed, and cost involved in this massive change from total mess to beautiful perfectly performing plumbing!!! THANK YOU WILLIAMS PLUMBING!!!

I called three other companies. One couldn’t come out until Thursday and the other 2 didn’t call me back. This company answered the 1st time I called, scheduled a next day appt. and followed through on when they said they’d be here! I’m so impressed.... they even took before and after pictures! I will definitely use them again.

We had a great experience with Williams. Derek solved our plumbing problem and took the time to explain the issue to us in detail. Will definitely use them again!

Aftrt having water heater problems I called Williams— the customer service rep. was extremely helpful and efficient. They offered to have a tech come out as soon as the same day to inspect the unit. The technician was very informative, transparent about fix options and price, and ultimately able to make the necessary repair quickly during the same visit. It is the best home repair experience I’ve ever had in Bozeman.

Customer service was great! Clayton was very patient while we waited for keys since I was locked out.
Didn’t end up using their services cause they wanted almost $300 just to put my toilet back on and another $250 for the sink. For a little over an hours worth a work I think that price is absurd.

Excellent service. Friendly staff, easy to get in for service, great education to better my septic tank and fast! Kirk is amazing!

We called to have our hot water heater looked at...after being on hold for over 30 minutes we were able to get someone scheduled for later that week. We were told he would be there at 8:00 am.... when the day came and it was 9:30 we called to check in and they then informed us it would be sometime between 8-12. We shuffled our day and made it work. They came and looked at the unit and told us it needed to be replaced and they would send a quote within the next few hours. Assuming they were busy we waited for the next day and still no quote available. We had to pay to have him come look at it but can’t get any follow up to fix it... so at this point we have had to pay another company to come analyze the project and to fix it. This isn’t our first bad experience with Williams, but we were having a hard time finding someone available to come out right away.
As of today we still never heard back from Williams and have a different company replacing it.

Derek was so awesome and fixed our issues right away and was able to be at my house that very day. He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what he was fixing as he was fixing it. I will definitely be requesting to work with him specifically again.

Williams Plumbing was truly amazing !!! Our water heater quit working, I called them at 1:30pm on a Friday, Derek showed up at 2:30 and we had a new water heater by 5pm !! Derek was great to work with..... professional, knowledgeable and very efficient !!!

Very prompt and courteous. They took care of our hot water issue, no problem.
