We have used ACT for over twenty years and have always been very pleased with their service. They have been doing the yearly maintenance for years and we have had no problems with their product/systems. Due to age of system we updated heater and AC recently. They explained in detail the different options we could go with and what would be the best system for our situation. Don't waste your time parts are 600 percent marked up and it's a week later when you get service I have been waiting since last Friday and I still don't have heat it's 6 below outside and 2 below in my Mobil home. And now they won't bring my parts back so I can call someone else to fix it. Then they came back and left my heater in a shamble didn't put it back together left the motor on the ground with hot wire just hanging there what the heck are you guys smoking crack see pics-in my review more stars is bad less stars is better. Thanks Austin paybacks are a witch with a b since i had to re-assemble it myself you dweeb.

Wow, what a great company. The answering service has friendly and professional people handling customer calls so the scheduling was a breeze, great staff. They even accommodated another time window that would fit my needs so I wouldn't have to cancel. The Tech who came out to see us was George and he was so professional, knowledgeable, thorough and HONEST!!! I was a bit nervous when I initially called because you just never know sometimes with AC Repair/Maintenance Companies. I will be using ACT for all of my AC servicing. THANK YOU FOR BEING AWESOME!!! A crew of four just left my house after a full day of work, installing a new furnace and A/C. The phrase that comes to mind is...under promise and over deliver!! They were fabulous...punctual, very professional looking and acting, took great care to protect my house and its contents...covered carpet and careful of wood floors. I was so pleased with all of them and ACT that I really don't have words. I am so grateful that there are people willing to work these days. This crew was fabulous! I recommend ACT to anyone.
