Found this company through a search of Ameren approved smart thermostat installers and they did not disappoint. Great communication from Ben, showed up on time and ready to go. Installed the thermostat quickly and properly and for a very reasonable cost.

Will use again next time I have any needs.

They are dependable and honest. This spring is was time to replace the eighteen year old systems I had. Wildwood Heating & Cooling provided exceptional value compared to two other companies that gave me a quote. The other gentlemen who installed the equipment could not have been nicer or more professional. I rarely take the time to offer reviews but these guys deserve it!

Unfortunately I'm outside of Wildwood Heating & Cooling's service area, but Scott still spent 15 minutes on the phone with me explaining what might be causing the symptoms of my non-working condenser. With his guidance I was able to fix the problem and get our house cooled tonight instead of having to wait for someone to come tomorrow afternoon. Ultimately saving me several hundred in repairs. Absolutely recommend these guys to anyone in the Wildwood/Ballwin/Chesterfield area.

I discovered that our first floor AC unit was not cooling. I called Wildwood and left a message. Ben called me back within 2 minutes. I explained the problem to him and he said to give him about 45 minutes and he would be at our home. Less than 30 minutes later Ben pulled up in the Wildwood van. Rather amazing, considering the temperature was near 100 degrees and very humid today. Within a few minutes Ben had analyzed the problem and approximately 15 minutes after his arrival, he had the problem fixed. I HIGHLY recommend Wildwood Heating & Cooling for all your HVAC needs.

My furnace blower motor went out on Sunday over Labor Day weekend and Wildwood Heating and Cooling helped me get up and running same day. The technician I worked with really went out of his way to make sure this issue didn't affect the scheduling of my family's first big vacation a few days later. I can't speak more highly of their assistance. They're my first call for any HVAC issues.
