Elite Heating and Cooling

I have been using Elite for almost 3 years. They have never canceled or rescheduled. Their technicians are always on time and very courteous. I have referred them to friends and family who are also very impressed with them.

I have been dealing with Elite Heating and Air for a yr. They installed a new system in my new house. Yes there were some problems at first, however they came each time, fixed the problem without issues. I hired them to do monthly annual maintenance on my system. Very pleased at my last appointment.

Elite has done a FANTASTIC job for my clients! When another company tried to convince them they needed a full HVAC replacement, Elite came in (very quickly - with 1 day notice!) and clean & serviced the system. The assured us it was working properly and did not need a full replacement. They were honest, educated and incredibly reliable. I will be exclusively recommending them to friends & family now. I had an issue with a commercial cooler on a Friday night. The tech returned my call within minutes and offered to come immediately. It wasn't an emergency for me so we made an appt for the next day at 11:00. He showed up at 11 on the dot, diagnosed my problem (bad motor), had a new one on his truck and fixed it in less than an hour. Very polite, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend Elite Heating and Cooling, Indoor Comfort Experts for commercial as well as residential needs!

My AC unit was making a strange noise so I called Elite to have it looked at. Mark was sent out and took care of the problem. Very impressed with the professionalism during covid. Having a child with a compromised immune system, I am concerned with whom enters my home. Mark was great! I was told the cost upfront and the problems were fixed.

AMAZING! We’ve had an HVAC system (installed by another company) that’s been terrible from day 1. It’s never truly cooled our space, and it’s been a sap of electricity in the process. We’ve had 2 other companies out to try and figure the issue out with no luck and high bills.

Then I got the name of Elite Heating & Cooling from someone with a similar space. They came out fast, made a great plan, communicated well through the whole process, and delivered 100% on their promise. Our space has never been so cool!

I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC installation or repair done right the first time, for a fair and reasonable price.

Professionals to the max! not only do they REALLY know what they are doing, but these are simply NICE PEOPLE! HVAC is not a "sexy" product. Nobody wants to change out their systems. It's GENERALLY scary and opaque and expensive. Elite made the process very HUMAN. They did a super-thorough job, the sales and installation staff were all nice people to the last, and they really went the extra mile to make sure that my system was set up for maximum efficiency and success going forward. And the price they gave me for high end Lennox systems was no more than another vendor offered for much lower-grade Goodman systems. I can't say I ALWAYS make the right choice of vendors, but in this case I'm sure I did.
