This is our second time using Elite. First was at our previous home for installation of a mini-split system and a gas furnace with a/c in our detached garage. The most recent was installation of a new furnace and A/C in our new to us home. They are friendly, efficient, honest and clean! Yes, they clean up their own mess! We would highly recommend.

The entire staff is warm and friendly. I am a General Contractor and I not only use them all the time on my clients projects, they installed a brand new system in my personal home. They are responsive, always on time and the crew in the office are always a delight to speak with about any issues we may encounter.

We have been Elite customers for a few years. They were very prompt when a part went out on our 2 year old system causing our AC to go out on one of the hottest nights that year! Recently, we were a bit concerned that our elderly mother was getting a unfair deal while attempting to do things on her own and replacing her HVAC system through a BIG BOX store's services... I messaged on Thanksgiving, not expecting to hear back and DID! My Mother in Laws new system was installed the following Tuesday!!
