Both of the gentlemen were friendly and knowledgeable - within 15 minutes, they had the issue identified. After getting the part, the repair took under an hour. While nobody wants to have an unexpected issue with their HVAC, it's nice to have honest, reliable companies like this that are available to help. Completely satisfied from start to finish with the experience.
