I cannot gush enough about this company. I've come across a couple of crooks in the area over the past year but these guys are as honest and forthcoming as you can get. They kept me informed about what was happening with my system the whole time, they made sure I knew what any parts that needed replaced were gonna cost and why I need them. They did a STELLAR job cleaning my system inside and out and they even figured out why my HVAC system was costing us so much electricity. They saved me so much money in what would have ended up being a busted HVAC system in the near future and they did it cheaper than anyone else. We're first time home owners and money is a factor. So I did my homework. Reifel has, by far, the best rates in the area. Mike and David are friendly and courteous and very good at what they do. This company is gonna get ALL of my business in the future. Call these guys with confidence!!

Reifel was the third HVAC company I contacted and after being berated by one &&& told since I didn’t have a service agreement with another I couldn’t get serviced for over 2 weeks or so. When I contacted Mike he was pleasant, kind, empathetic to me && my situation which immediately put me at ease. He let me know he was booked yesterday and couldn’t get to me until today but he would squeeze me in his schedule. I was elated to say the least! He came out and quickly found the source of the issue…did a complete inspection…and fixed the AC in no time flat!!! I wish I could give Reifel Heating and Cooling 1000 star rating!!! I first used Reifel Heating and Cooling when I had an issue with our air conditioner at home. Once I saw how honest they were, how good of a job they did, and they didn't try to up-sell me on everything, I have continued to call on them for my business needs as well. They have a really good and courteous crew. Highly recommended.

Mike was great! I sent him pictures of the furnace and described the problem identified by my the Ameren technician. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He ordered the part and quickly came out and fixed the problem. He charged a very reasonable price and I look forward to doing more business with him in the future. Thanks Mike!

My AC stopped working and I called Reifel H&C. They sent their tech Kyle to check it out. Kyle was extremely courteous and professional. He checked the system and found a simple problem right away. He then verified the system was working efficiently with some other checks and observations and found another issue which he quickly corrected. Reifel H&C provided great service and at a reasonable price as well. Thank you for your quick attention to my AC problem.

The owner Mike was able to send someone out same day when our air stopped working. He was very caring and made us feel like we weren’t just another check. Kyle who came out to check our equipment was amazing and very knowledgeable. We were very happy with the service received! Would highly recommend.

Kyle was by far the most respectful, honest, and hard working professional I’ve had in my home, ever, across the board. Definitely rehiring and referring Reifel H&C for all future maintenance and repairs. Thank you guys SO much! We will see you in the fall for the maintenance we now KNOW is necessary. I called around 4 pm (Friday) three different heating and cooling companies prior to getting in contact with Reifel Heating & Cooling in the Troy area to get service done on my unit immediately due to our home heating up like a tin can and having a 7 month old in the home. Two companies told me they wouldn't have anyone available until Monday, and the third one was not available with not being able to provide prices for servicing. Reifel Heating & Cooling was able to step up and be at the home within 20-30 minutes; provide quick, reliable, and effective service (completed job with an hour); and with having reasonable rates. We had an issue with our ac freezing up and these guys were able to fit us in the same day. Kyle the technician was awesome! He was super helpful and took the time to explain what was happening step by step. After fixing a leak in the system our ac was up and running again that same day.

Had a furnace issue early on a Sunday morning and got a hold of Mike who, despite having the day off, dropped what he was doing and came out within 30 minutes and solved my problem. In and out within half an hour and very affordable. Mike was very courteous and professional. Will be using Reifel for all my HVAC needs going forward.
