Agers Heating & Air Conditioning

We are very pleased with Agers. We had a service agreement with a different company in the past and weren't happy with the cost vs. the value. So we heard advertisements on the radio about Agers Heating & Air conditioning and decided to go with them. The tech. even had the 4 inch filter for our unit with him, (First time we have experienced that detailed showing of being prepared for a job.). We had a part replaced and was explained in detail what was the problem with it was. Just want to point out that we didn't know that part was bad but it would have worn out the blower which would have cost us much more in the end. That is called "Service". We are very happy

Very professional in every aspect of their service! They know what they are doing and they help you understand what is happening. They text to let you know they are on their way and include a picture of the service person who will show up at your door. Very pleased. And Steve even talks shop while he works!

Great customer service. Always arrives within time slot and you receive a text/email with a name & picture of the employee who will be servicing your home! Have been using company for years and always the best service! This time found issue with conductor power and replaced before it caused any extreme damages - their maintenance checkups are well worth the problems they prevent!

I’m sharing from my fathers google account but we had issues with water in the basement and wanted a second (actually third) opinion so called Agers. When I set the appt I asked how much it was and the lady told me 94.00 and if they needed to do anything of course I’d pay buy that was all she said. Vince came out and was an excellent tech. He was very professional and kind. He took a look at the ac units and decided they were ok and he believed it was the water heater. I was charged the 94.00 and another 100.00 for him looking at the ac which was a half hour of labor. The other 2 companies I had charged me 84.00 and 89.00 and since they didn’t fix anything nothing more. I was shocked I paid 200.00 and still didn’t have an answer for the water. We had our water heater replaced with another company the next day because I felt Agers was a bit pricey and the original lady misled me. Just know ahead of time it’s 94.00 for them just to show up and even if they don’t fix anything it’s 200.00 an hour for them to look at things or give you opinions advice. I just wish I had been told up front. I have no complaints on the tech, he was great!

My service man Ryan showed up today on time, greeted me by my name and had my air conditioner up and going in no time at all.

Agers has been taking care of my home and business for years and is a top notch company. I highly recommend them!

What can I say. These guys are as about as professional as one can get. The installation went without much trouble. Did have to have a new piece fabricated which will be installed later this week. Both guys were extremely knowledgeable about the equipment. Everything was cleaner than when they arrived. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs new equipment or just need to have service performed.
I opted for the pure air filter system and it was installed just like it was meant to always be there. The finished product was extremely clean looking. Once again great job guys.
