Agers Heating & Air Conditioning

Cold snowy day and furnace would not fire up. Called a number of places but, no one had service people working due to the weather. Luckily, Jim from Agers answered my call. I explained to him what was going on and for over an hour, he stayed on the phone with me having me check different things as he had no service people on the road due to the weather. With his expertise and patience in guiding me through the process of checking things, he narrowed it down to the furnace not receiving an electronic firing message from the thermostat. I was then able to trace the wire and found that the wire had come apart. Once I reattached the wire, the furnace fired right up. Without Jim's help, we would have been spending the day and night in the cold. He refused any payment stating that he had not made a service call. I disagreed but, he insisted. Thank you Jim, and I can tell you that you will always be my first call whenever I need service or a replacement system and the company I will refer to my family and friends.

Brian responded incredibly quickly to our A/C system failure. He provided a same visit quote, that substantially underbid several competitors bids for higher efficiency equipment. The install was quickly and professionally completed by expert, courteous technicians! New system has fantastic cooling and cost savings over old system. We love it! They even finished an hour ahead of schedule, what a fantastic experience.

Brian was very pleasant, informative and extremely professional. He took the time to speak to my partner and myself about the service costs. He also provided details about the different options for both now and the future of my very old unit.

Ryan the tech was friendly and arrived promptly when our appointment was scheduled. He was able to fix our unit in less than 20 minutes and get us back up and running. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Agers has a great mobile display room that provides demonstrations of the equipment as well as the opportunity to hear the equipment which is very helpful in selecting equipment. Everything from the equipment demo to the actual install was done very professionally and with consideration for any disruptions to the homeowners. The team did a great job of cleaning up afterwards and quickly responded when the gas company had to make some last minute changes on their side of the equipment. We went from electric heat to gas and we love the comfort level of gas heat. I am really looking forward to seeing how the new AC unit does this summer!
