The technician was very kind, polite and efficient. He answered my questions and explained things.

Did a great job, old system with old damper system, kinks worked out, replaced entire sytem, would use again and recommend.

Steve Milligan, who usually comes to our house is outstanding. He is knowledgeable, kind, professional, and just all around pleasure to have in our home. The company as a whole is one of integrity, quality and professionalism. I cannot say enough about how thankful I am for them!

He explained everything in an easy to understand way. They take pictures so you can see the condition of the inside of the unit. I would highly recommend them.

It was a pleasure dealing with Brandy and John Revelle From the office, Brandy made the process easy and kept us informed of schedules, provided John’s background and experience, and notified us when John was on his way. John, our technician is very experienced, professional, and courteous. He was able to quickly identify the issue and complete the repairs of our A/C, which we are very appreciate given that we have been having days in the 90. And we like supporting our local businesses.

The ac is not cooling properly. After coil replaced the system was still not working properly. I called, and they were there the very next morning. Installed a dye pack and are monitoring to see if there is a leak. Very efficient. It was nice to work with a company that makes sure their work meets your standards

Thank you!! It was 95° inside our home. They had a same day appointment available which we were extra grateful for. The previous appointment took longer than expected, but they called before our window was up and informed us of the delay. Then we got a text with a way to track the location of the driver. We were able to coordinate our departure from the store so we could arrive at the same time as the technician. He was in and out within 10 minutes, payment was reasonable, and he was kind to my children as well. AC is up and running!
