Steve was able to identify the mystery metallic clanging sound and correct it. He's prompt, answers all my annoying questions (!) is professional and a great example of customer service.

Jon had positive attitude, very professional and knowledgeable. Was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction and he was thorough took his time, didn’t leave until I was satisfied with services provided.

Jon (the technician) was on time, friendly, informative and did a great job come out to service our AC unit. We have used three of their HVAC technicians and all have been friendly and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend using Ager’s.

Haven't used Agers yet... Aaron came by to estimate a Carrier AC & Furnace replacement. He was extremely thorough in explaining details to me and offering different options on tonnage, SEER, thermostats, etc. He answered every question I asked and showed me estimates on 2 great systems. He even emailed those to me before he left. I was TOTALLY IMPRESSED with his expertise and knowledge. I am getting 2 more estimates before I decide on which contractor, but I believe this company will be hard to beat...

Excellent service for a first time home owner! They walk you through the existing system, get everything cleaned up and repaired, and work to set-up a maintenance plan.

The crew that showed up to install our new AC and furnace were
very professional. They went about the job of removing and upgrading a 20-year-old AC and 30+ year old furnace with absolute efficiency and professionalism. Ended up going with a new high efficiency system on Aaron's recommendation and could not be happier with the decision. Oh, and $18 a month for the twice a year checkup of the system is a great deal. Highly recommend Agers!

My 17yr old a/c crapped out and my furnace was about due for a replacement. After some research, I reached out to Agers Heating and Air Conditioning for a estimate. When Brian(the owner) came to provide me with an estimate for a full replacement HVAC system, he was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain everything in great detail, which helped tremendously when it came time to select which system I would like. Other companies I received a estimate from were quick to just show me the systems and costs with little to no explanation on what exactly I was getting/paying for. Getting a date for installation was quick too as they knew I was currently without a/c, some companies didn't have any open install dates until middle/end of July. On the day of installation, his team arrived early and started right to work. They were very respectful, clean, and efficient. Before they left, they made sure to demonstrate how everything works and that I understood it all. I appreciate everything Brian Agers and his team have done for me! I'm so happy to be back to living as cool as a cucumber during this crazy summer heat! Will definitely always recommend them for any heating/cooling needs
