T-Will Fix It

I did research through the BBB and I hired Terrell based the great reviews I read. I was not disappointed! Terrell is professional, informative and just a super nice guy!
He showed up on time & took care of business. He explained a lot about what he was doing, which I find interesting. His fee is very reasonable too.

I was quite happy that Terrell was assigned my work order. He is a kind person and was knowledgeable regarding HVAC's. He did a nitrogen test of the system and determined that it was not leaking as I thought was the case per a prior HVAC person. He filled it up with freon and restored my air conditioning for my kids. I know that he had a hard time with the warranty company but found a way to make it work. I hope that the warranty companies work with business people like Terrell better in the future. If we need HVAC support in the future, I am going to request T-Will Fix It. Trust doesn't just happen, it's earned.

Terrell was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. My A/C unit stopped working and he was able to come out quickly to access the unit and get it back up and working. He also provided good suggestions on increasing the comfort in our home during the hottest months. I look forward to continuing to working with him for all of our heating and cooling needs in the future!

Called Terrell on a Friday night after our AC went out and he saved the day! He came over right away and got our AC going again. He is professional and courteous. I highly recommend him for any HVAC heating / cooling issues!

Terrel is the consummate professional HVAC technician. He uses state-of the-art diagnostic and testing equipment, and is attentive to every detail. My old freon a/c unit needed a complete recharge, which he did using the highest quality replacement refrigerant available. He arrives precisely when promised, and follows through unti the task is complete, all with extremely fair pricing.

Terrell was great! He was able to respond to a short-notice call on a Saturday evening and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. I'll be using T-Will for all of my future HVAC needs!

My heater started acting up right before a snow fall. Originally, I received an appointment time for Thursday, and I called to see if it could be moved up. I texted my information and he said he would see when he could squeeze me in. Terrell called me later that afternoon and said he would come by that evening! It took him about an hour to figure out the problem and fix it. My dog and I are nice and warm. Thank you!

Our furnace stopped working on Christmas Day. They came out within 30 minutes and quickly identified the problem. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them from now on.
