AC Doc Heating & Cooling

2 different technicians came out on just looked at the fan and said there was nothing wrong. He only looked at the fan because the person taking the call ignored everything I said prior to asking about the fan. The second came out and said the AC was undersized and its hotter this summer than last summer. We explained that its 90 degrees in the house and that it didnt do that last summer. He shrugged his shoulders and left. So I did some troubleshooting and with zero hvac experience I discovered there was an ice ball in my furnace blocking air to my vents. This took less than 30 minutes. (I was out of town when it broke down) let that melt and my house is back to 70 degrees.

Worked with a very diligent technician that went through a lot of troubleshooting to find out where my furnace was failing. Wasn't in a rush to just finish the paperwork and get off site. Not only would I recommend them, I'll be requesting them personally should I need furnace or ac repair.

Bill is an awesome worker he gave me a time zone that he would be there and he was right on time. he got the work done fast and i haven't had any problems since if you need work done on your unit call AC DOC HEATING AND COOLING

Extremely disappointed with this company. Wouldn’t come out to check a broken furnace on the weekend. Ran into this two times already. No HVAC company should be closed on weekends. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

They were very helpful during a crisis. Very fast and efficient. Willing to explain the situation and resolve. Handicap sensitive.
