We had Craig come out last week after our air conditioner stopped cooling. I had initially called the big name chain in the area and gotten some hard sell tactics trying to push me toward a full replacement from the first minute, even before they had looked at anything. We found Craig through a recommendation from a friend. He made it out the same day and spent a lot of time doing actual testing to figure out what was wrong.

After finishing his checks, Craig presented us with several options ranging from a bare bones patch up to get it running again all the way up to a full HVAC replacement and spent time answering our questions on the pros and cons of each. Based on our unit being 16 years old we did end up going with a full replacement. Craig was able to come out and do the install the very next day and the final price ended up being more than $3,000 less than what the big billboard advertising company had quoted me. We will definitely call Craig first in the future.
