They installed our system 13 years ago, have provided our semi-annual maintenance since. Always on time, call ahead and are very clean. They always clean up after their service.

Jon was our technician today and was very thorough. He explained in easy to understand terms what he was doing and what he was finding with our system. He made a few suggestions for us to consider and to plan for better efficiency and energy saving.

Would highly recommend this business and especially this technician for any of your HVAC or plumbing needs.

Nate called ahead to let me know his eta this morning. I really appreciate this added effort so that i know when to expect them and who will be showing up.

Nate was very welcoming and easy to talk to. He went over what he was going to be looking for and told me how much time it could possibly take. Nate, also made sure to answer all of my questions and even got up in my attic to check the quality of my insulation. The client care/satisfaction, added effort and continued communication were 10/10. Nate was wonderful and even helped get me on the schedule for insulation install this week.

The company is now incorporating a "Stop light check list" at the end of the service call. I LOVE THIS because I'm a visual learner and It was so easy to follow. I was able to see the entire breakdown and how my system is functioning. The rating system has designated green, light green, yellow and red boxes. This was so helpful to actually see what was working well and what needed to be discussed as a concern.

Nate was so polite and helpful. I truly appreciated and enjoyed the extra time he put in, in getting questions answered, communicating the HVAC maintenance check list and finding quotes for attic insulation install.

We have the 2 service checks a year contract with Climate Control, so when it was time for our furnace tune up we called them. We knew we were already in for some potential pitfalls as we just moved into a new home 4 months ago that still had a very old builder grade system. Justin however was very knowledgeable and walked me through the current status of our furnace as well as what we can expect moving forward. It turns out there were some issues with our furnace system that were not even caught on our home inspection and thanks to Justin, a potentially bad situation was avoided. He called the needed repairs in and stayed on site till they were finished and the system check completed. Micah and Kyle, who came to do the repairs, were also very knowledgeable and helpful. They answered questions about our Carbon monoxide sensors (not in the system) and kept me updated on the entire repair process. All three men were polite, friendly and professional. They even interacted with my kids which made their day. Thank you Climate Control for your top notch employees.

We’ve had THE BEST experience with Climate Control this week. We’ve worked with three different technicians across different types of work, and all been seamless. Today’s experience took the cake though! Following a botched washing machine installation from one of the box stores, I called CC in a panic and they had Keith out within a few hours. He was able to handle everything the other installers weren’t able to do - totally saved the day! We’re so pleased with our experience!

I have Climate Control perform my bi-annual maintenances and today a new technician, Kyle B., came by the house for the first time. He showed up on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable, didn’t oversell anything more than what really needed done, and tuned the furnace up to recommended performance levels. I was very pleased with my service today and would love to welcome him back for my next maintenance call.
