I’ve been hiring Climate Control for many years across two houses in the Liberty area and they have consistently provided excellent services. You guys, if you're not using this company, NOW is the time to switch! I absolutely loved everything about the entire process. I was working with another company before that couldn't even find the problem with my furnace and kept charging me for random things saying that something would eventually fix it. Kyle and Victor came and found the issue within 30 minutes. I saved over a grand by working with them. Not to mention spoke to Jasmine, and their customer service is top-tier. If you want a company you can trust, choose them!

Office staff on the phone were pleasant and helpful. Ryan the technician arrived right on time. Ryan is knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant.

Zach and Shawn were absolutely awesome!! They were kind, professional, came early (which we loved!), and so polite. We appreciate all their expertise and great knowledge. Ryan O'Dell did an amazing job getting right to the root of our furnace problem! He was very knowledgeable and gave me some great tips on how to help my furnace run more efficiently in the future. I don’t ever write reviews but we scheduled a routine maintenance appointment with Climate Control Heating and Cooling Liberty. Our technician Ryan said our hvac system was very old and needed replaced. He said that our heat exchanger was bad and carbon monoxide was a real threat to our health and gas furnace legally had to be shut off for our safety. They sent a sales men out that same day to talk about buying new hvac system. They gave us a price estimate on replacing. We scheduled a second appointment with different company to get second opinion. They said our hvac system was working fine and heat exchanger was fine also!!! Don’t walk…... RUN from this place!!!
