Climate Control Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing

I had a plumbing walk through and they found a few major problems. Which they will be back in a few days. They also found 2 leaks amd fixed those on-site. I have been a customer for 30 years and I love that they added plumbing 4 years ago. All staff are all. Knowledge, friendly and caring. I highly recommend Climate Contol for all heating and plumbing needs.

We bought our house in December of 2022. The previous owner told us two days before we bought the house that the heater wasn’t working. He had a company come out and “fix it”. Well the put the part in wrong. After months of hassle said company finally came and fixed the problem. So when we tried to turn on our A/C and it wasn’t working we called Climate Control. We’ve worked with them in the past. They are prominent and professional. So when Justin came out today, he was quick to find the issue and worked until he fixed the problem. The other company hadn’t installed things correctly. Thank goodness Justin was able to find the problem. We now have cool air and he made sure everything was working before he left. Thanks Justin!

Signed up for a furnace maintenance promo, had an excellent experience with the technician Kyle B. and even ended up purchasing the year maintenance plan given that it was reasonably priced and seemed cost effective for regular maintenance. Kyle was very knowledgeable and friendly. He wasn’t pushy about sale of any new products or services, but was great about outlining the pros of the available options.

AC went out on Saturday. Texted service on their website Sunday morning. 8 am Sunday they texted back that they could get me on schedule that day. Kyle was there by 11:30 and fixed issue by 1:30. Thank you!

Completed AC inspection. Free on leak found and resolved same day. Great recommendation on surge protection. Explained findings thoroughly, Great job! Thank you Ryan O’Dell!

We'd had 3 toilets installed less than 2 years ago. In Dec 2022 one of them leaked at the floor. An extra thick wax ring was replaced. On Thursday last week it leaked again. Fabian came Saturday morning and did numerous flushes to duplicate the leak but was unable to find it. He wants us to call back if it leaks again.

I love this company! Such a pleasure to meet Keith! He checked to make sure my sump pump was working correctly. I was happy to learn that Keith was a master plumber. He was so knowledgeable, professional and kind.Thank you, Keith!

I’ve left a review before about how great the heating and air guys are. But I just had to have my hot water heater replaced. Keith was so nice and he had it out and replaced so quickly. You can’t hope for more. I’ll never use any other HVAC/plumber.
