Jason came out to flush our hot water heater which ended up needing to be replaced. He was extremely professional and answered all of our questions satisfactorily. Any interaction with climate control heating, cooling, and plumbing is always a good experience for us.

As a program member, Climate Control reached out to remind me of my schedule maintenance. They called when on the way and the employee was friendly and thorough. Highly satisfied!

Julian Gonzales was my tech. Had an AC with fan motor issues and he was able to diagnose the problem and correct it. Will be using this company moving forward for hvac and plumbing issues. Both the person taking my call and the tech were very easy to work with and communicated my options very well.

The surge protector on my A/C blew leaving fire damage on the side of my home. I called this morning and a technician came out within a couple hours to check for damage to the A/C and Furnace, which thankfully was none! I am grateful to the technician who advised me to get the surge protector when the unit was installed which I 100% believe saved my home!

I had Ryan O'Dell do my yearly service check and he found many issues with my 13 year old heat pump. He pointed out all issues thar needed to fixed in a manner that was understandable. Ryan gave me several options about how to fix the issues. I finally went with the option of replacing the whole unit. Ryan was very helpful in discussing the various units to choose. He even helped me with the financing. i would definitely recommend Climate Control for anyone who needs heating, cooling and plumbing needs.
