Woke up to a cold house. My neighbor told me Climate Control took good care of her. I called and was told they would fit me in today! Happy to meet Brently. He found my problem, fixed it and told me of other issues I would be facing. When I decide (soon) I will call Climate Control to install a new furnace! Thank you Brently ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yesterday should have been just a “normal” yearly maintenance day for our furnace/heat pump. However, this system, which was installed in 2005 was not having a good day! The Heat Exchanger is cracked and the Heat Pump is also showing signs of problems. So after discussing all of the pros/cons, we have made the decision to replace both systems. Not a cheap decision and not a great way to start off 2023!

Brently was so great at explaining what the issues were and showed us exactly where the problems lie. During all of our discussions, there was no pressure or feeling that we “had” to make the decision to go with a new system. It truly came down to what was the best decision for the “short term” and the “long term”! Brently came back with a great proposal that we could be satisfied with. Russ and I are so appreciative of this!
