The store manager Roy was the most genuine down to earth guy. I called on MLK day after being without a furnace blower in cold weather since Friday evening. He made sure I had the right part and promptly ordered it. When I showed up to get it he realized it was not delivered as promised priority overnight. He made some calls and was given false information. I called and found out I could pick it up at the FedEx depot but the trane dealer had to be present. Roy went outside his work hours to make sure I had the part picked up and was able to get it home and heat on before a real cold spell. I cannot thank him enough because my HVAC guy couldn't get to me without my leg work to get the parts. Rob deserves a giant shout out and I made a new friend in the ptocess!!
