What a great group of people! Lori, Joseph, Stephen, and Patrick were all super helpful and helped me get my issues resolved. I had a less than ideal situation with a unit that I did not install. However, everyone was very willing to get the problem solved. I had to talk to several different people at O'Connor, and it seemed as if they were already aware of what I was dealing with and had a solution ready to go for me. Warranty got processed quickly and without any hassle. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

The gentleman I dealt with today was outstanding, I've been to a lot of places like these and usually its just kind of unfriendly, but by far my favorite place now, even if I do live in leavenworth this is worth the drive for the knowledge and atmosphere in the room, also the store is emaculate
