Sam was professional above and beyond what I was at least hoping for. He made my day, taking care of my furnace with the up most dignity. He will be my go to HVAC angel.

This is the best HVAC company in Kansas City! My spouse and I were experiencing some issues with all of the main units in the house, (Furnace, Central A/C Unit and Hot Water Heater) and 816 came to save the day, he was very respectful, and the work he did was phenomenal! They have done repairs and maintenance on several of our rentals - including all the normal maintenance and complete heating and air-conditioning replacement.
