Our air conditioning unit stopped working and we needed somebody ASAP! A friend recommended that we give Sam from 816 Mechanical a call. Miraculously with his busy schedule he was able to fit us in. Sam was not only professional, but took the time to explain to us exactly what the problem was. It turned out it was our heat pump and he was able to fix it on site. Sam, was very knowledgeable, well-dressed and beyond all extremely professional! His pricing was comparable to other Service Professionals. I had an A/C unit quit with the temperatures in the 90's. I gave Sam a call and he answered right away. I explained my issue and he made time for me that day. After an assessment he explain a number of options for me and after some discussion I made my choice. The new unit is working flawlessly and it was done extremely quick and very professional. Sam was very professional, friendly, and communicative letting me know when he was on his way, describing in detail the issue with my furnace and how he was going to fix it, and answering all my questions. Sam got us hooked up with a new Bosch heat pump and furnace at a reasonable price, and was even able to match all the components necessary to meet the requirements for the 2023 federal tax credits for new heat pumps that meet the high bar for Energy Star efficiency. Overall, happy with the service provided!

Great!!! Arrival was prompt, and assessed that my hvac system had multiple problems. The tech was informative and explained everything clearly in a way I could understand. The tech was here for several hrs to confirm that each malfunction had been addressed fully. My system has had problems on and off for several years, and it is now performing like it was brand new.
