As thorough as they come and then some. Along with servicing our house, I was complaining that I couldn’t get my gas fireplace to start & And I’d have to call somebody to maintenance it. He walked over took a look at it, tested it, spent a while troubleshooting it and fixed it. Can’t begin to tell you how good of a person he is and how knowledgeable & personable he is at anything home.

Our system went out on New Year’s Day around 10pm. We were able to get Stephen on the phone within minutes. He was able to get over right away. Very friendly and professional and wore the booties as he came in. He listened intently as I told him the history of this issue and went to work. Stephen determined that the humidifier had leaked and blew the main board and a sensor. As the parts were very unique he needed to get them in the morning. He text me first with that pricing to make sure I was good. Once he arrived, he repaired quickly and had our heat going again. Would wholeheartedly recommend them and will use them again.

The air conditioning unit at our mobile office trailer was not cooling properly during some of the hottest days of August. Stephen came out and got it working in no time. He had to special order the filter and as soon as it came in, he sent someone out to install it. Very professional and prompt service!

Stephen just spent 45 minutes with me on a late Friday afternoon providing a detailed explanation of how my unit works, why there are issues with cooling my house, the pros and cons of replacing or adding a mini-split, his recommendation - that included what he felt was NOT necessary. I cannot overstate how helpful and kind he was, how he genuinely wanted me to make the best and most informed decision, and how impressed I am. I haven’t had the work done yet, but wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. As much as I don’t look forward to needing AC repair, I do look forward to working with Stephen and this company!
