Helpful staff who assisted me in getting my HVAC back up and running! Very knowledgable and not out to rip you off! Plus you can actually buy from them directly unlike most other supply houses in town! I’ll be recommending!

I needed a humidifier filter for my furnace. The Patricks sales clerk had no interest in helping track down a $20 part. My previous supplier had gone out of business and was always helpful and found the part in seconds.

HORRIBLE customer service. They claim to order equipment and then magically its no where to be found when you come to pick it up. The owner has no common sense whatsoever and sells equipment that isn't compatible. The employees laugh and crack jokes when they sold us a $600 compressor that didn't even match the unit, despite providing them with all the model numbers. We will NEVER use them again, stay away!

They were very helpful when I called about overnight shipping. I got the part and fixed my heater just in time for the freezing weather! Very thankful for their help!
