AMAZING customer service. I believe his name was Craig, I talked with him over the phone in a panic when our blower went out on our hot water heater on a Friday @4:45pm. He was able to call the warehouse quick and get one shipped & on our doorstep by Monday morning (since no weekend or overnight shipping). Then called us back and walked us through hooking it up, like a Dad would do to his children. Very sweet man!!! Thank you!!

As homeowner who likes to learn about how things work I will sometimes tackle projects that I know nothing about (an amateur!). When my oil burning furnace did not turn on I determined that the Furnace Control Board was not sending a signal to the oil primary, along with the fan motor, capacitor and fan wheel in bad enough shape to have to replace them. I had done hours of research online and the more I did the more confusing it became! For example, the motors are so similar with 1000's of part numbers that I was soon overwhelmed and did not want to buy an incorrect part. I called a few online heating supply stores, however it was impossible to talk to a person who wanted to help. I finally found Patrick Heating Supply! On the very first phone call the gentleman was patient, had me obtain the exact dimensions,, double check the labels and then he discussed the options politely, efficiently and effectively. I would not take the time to write a review unless it was a truly amazing experience. Their prices were also so much better for the exact same items, they talked to me about the various choices and did excellent follow up. I don't want to drag this out but this is what I was looking for: a replacement for an a.o smith f48b04a81 @120v, 3 speed, frame 48y, rotation ccwle, 8.2 amps, 60hz, single phase, 1075 rpm motor within a housing secured with a belly clamp which attaches to an 10"x11" blower fan on a 2 3/4"x1/2" shaft via a set screw. Not happy with this company. Ordered exhaust blower from them and it broke in 2 days, they sent out another one and that one broke in less than 2 weeks. Now they won't return my emails. Refund my money or get me a good blower.

This place was amazing! I would still have a broke A/C if they hadn't taken the time to explain to me what I needed to do when giving me the motor for my condenser. I am very impressed with the service they provided above and beyond the sale of the products they sell.

Poor attitude and customer service. They were laughing and making jokes at my expense as if I couldn't hear them, all because I questioned pricing.... Never going back!

The owner called me about a month after this review to apologize. He seemed sincere and concerned about the attitude of some of his staff.
Because of this effort I will give them another shot.

These are the guys to go to when Johnstone tells you to kick rocks because you're not a licensed HVAC technician. I've been in two or three times and they're extremely helpful and friendly, and they've always had the exact part I need.

I needed a new blower fan. I called them first to verify fitment and they were helpful. Shipping was quick and easy. Hopefully I won't need anything from them again in the future but I'm glad I found them.

Patrick's is my new go to place for HVAC parts. Fast friendly and knowledgeable help, even to the general public. Don't bother stopping at any of the 3 HVAC suppliers near Noland Rd. in Independence, unless you are a contractor with an account, because they wont sell you a simple part.
