Insanely great prices, and J.W. was so kind and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed to fix my AC without taking advantage that I didn't know anything besides the numbers of the broken fan motor. He even offered to help over the phone if we needed help installing the new fan motor. I paid less than half of ANY other place I called for parts, and they actually had them in-stock. Highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC parts. The handy DIY ones that is ;)

The blower assembly on my A.O. Smith gas hot water tank was obnoxiously loud when the power vent kicked on. I ordered the OEM part online and did 2 day shipping. The next morning ironically it finally went out, so I called Patrick's Heating and spoke w/ Craig who upgraded my shipment to next day delivery. I received the part by 10:30am the next day, installed it in 15 minutes and it works perfectly!! We have hot water again. Plus the part was 250.00 cheaper than my repair guy quoted me! I called at about 11 am on a Saturday looking for a control board for my furnace. They had the part in stock and put it behind the counter for me to pick up. When I arrived it was right before they closed for the day and Patrick and his wife could not have been nicer and more helpful. They saved me over $600 from what my HVAC company was going to charge me for the exact same part. I am definitely going to be a regular customer. Thank you.

I had an emergency repair ,not only did Patrick's take care of me They made sure I got my part as promptly and quickly as I possibly could.. I worked directly with the owner, Pat, who assisted me in a part I needed for my water heater. It was a bit odd so he had to put some extra effort into assuring me that he had the correct part. He is shipping it out TODAY - it is 1pm there so that I can get it by Friday. Super guy and super service. I would use them again and I recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service which included hot water heaters in my case.

Awesome customer service, friendly and helpful staff! They have helped me to select the right replacement capacitor and motor for my heat pump when it broke down last winter.

Had another problem recently and they took my 3 calls in a row with the same friendly and professional tone.

There are not a lot of supply houses in my area and I happily drive 30 mins to patronize their business.

I'm just your average guy making a YouTube repair on my AC unit because paying the weekend rate for an HVAC technician to clean your ac unit and replace a capacitor for $300+ is just criminal.

After calling a few HVAC repair places directly to acquire the fan capacitor I needed and being laughed at on the phone I was becoming frustrated and almost gave into a ridiculous $300+ rate for comfort.

But that's when I tried Patrick's HVAC supply. They were overly helpful and had multiple $30 capacitors I needed. I saved myself alot of money and learned alot about AC units.

They even helped me troubleshoot my logic and confidently deduced that I did indeed have a bad capacitor.

Thanks so much! The other HVAC supply store would not sell any parts to me since I was not a contractor. :( These guys sold me the part I needed and explained wiring details to install this new part correctly. I would highly recommend them after this experience.

JW is great, I came in to buy a condenser fan motor and explained what was going on with the unit, he thought it could be something else and sure enough it was exactly as he thought. I didn't need to buy a thing and saved me $100 but I will definitely be buying any future parts from these guys. Very knowledgeable and helpful, and highly, highly recommend talking to them for advice and parts. 5 stars in my book...
